Veteran musicians Joe Gil (trombone), Neil Alexander (organ and keyboards) have put together a new group called the "Thunderhead Organ Trio". The group is taking the concept of the organ trio in a new and different direction, drawing on many different influences and styles. The group plays original material and also explores the grittier, rockier side of the genre.
