Adam Zaretsky, a former researcher at the MIT Department of Biology, teaches video, performance, contemporary theory and will discuss whether genetically babies can be designed with superior aesthetics; can human gene editing make humans more efficient and glamorous or more glitchy and troubled?; what's it like to grow up a GMO person and finally, can art prevent neo-eugenics?
