CPR can save a life and is a valuable skill to have! The Ulster BOCES Adult Career Education Center is offering “Heartsaver CPR & AED,” where you will learn basic CPR skills, such as performing a head-tilt chin lift and giving compressions and breaths, as well as how to use an automated external defibrillator (AED).
