James Beard Foundation awards nearly doubled year over year for Hudson Valley chefs and restaurants. Recent Bay Area transplants Eva Tringali and Christina Mauricio are aiming to fill this hole in local cuisine and provisions with Harana Market, an Asian grocer and Filipino deli in Mount Tremper, which will debut mid-November.
