July 12th-15th & 20th @ 11am-12pm
Class series for children ages 9 and up, taught by local potter Rekha Das (Peacock Pottery). Rekha will teach hand-building techniques using simple pottery tools, and participants will paint their fired works. Children will have the opportunity to pursue their own interests in creating unique pieces out of clay.
Participants will build pieces on the first four days of class and then return one day the following week to paint.
