Join impassioned tea advocate Bryan Zimmerman for his second workshop at Curious. An antidote to the seasonal blues, we'll gather to taste and learn about "true teas" from China, Taiwan and Vietnam brewed properly and informally in the gongfu style. All teas are ethically sourced and sustainably grown or wild harvested. Bryan Zimmerman is an artist and educator who takes an ecumenical approach to materials and processes. He has made tea a daily part of his life for 30 years.
