Galant Fire celebrates the electrifying transition from the intense gravity of the High Baroque to the luminous, driving passion of the early galant style. It will feature sacred Italian Baroque choral works by Antonio Vivaldi, Leonardo Leo, Antonio Lotti, and Baldassare Galuppi, and instrumental works by Antonio Vivaldi, Antonio Caldara, and Francesco Durante.
