Chef Lisa Caccamise, owner of Simple Earth Cuisine, Personal Chef Service, curated the 8 course, plated tasting dinner in celebration of the Full Moon each month throughout the summer. Dine outdoors on the hilltop of the 200 year old orchard under the stars as the full moon rises over the valley. Local wine and ciders will be included.
