Victoria Rolfe, active Master Gardener volunteer at Cornell Economic Development Dutchess County and experienced frugal living advisor, will be teaching a series of classes at the library on growing successful vegetable gardens. The first installment will teach you how to plant and raise healthy seedlings indoors. Subsequent sessions will focus on transferring plants outside, mid-summer maintenance, and putting the garden to bed in fall. Please bring your own clean yogurt cups (or other small containers), we will provide the soil and the seeds. The program is free and open to the public with registration required.
