Join us for an afternoon tour and making workshop with artist and creator of Townsend Pastels, Diane Townsend. Townsend has created an Olana line of pastels inspired by the colors Frederic Church carefully mixed, painted, and used throughout the Main House at Olana. In this program, Townsend will lead participants on an abridged guided “color” tour of the inside the Main House at Olana, followed by a pigment and pastel art-making lesson. All materials provided. Tea and cake will be served.
