An evening of spontaneous music meets the art of creative transformation: Free Jazz for Free People will be a musical counterpart to the exhibition "Beyond Repair" featuring the work of artists Maria Levitsky & Stacy Greene. Musicians: Chris Kelsey/saxophones, Jack DeSalvo/guitar, and Phil Sirois/bass. Experimental jazz and the artwork in the exhibition both embrace improvisation, unexpected combinations, and the creative possibilities of bringing disparate elements together to make something entirely new. Come for the art, stay for the music!
