Back by popular demand to celebrate Millbrook Winery’s 40th anniversary is the “Vine to Wine” Boot Camp, offering a hands-on viticultural winemaking experience at the Hudson Valley’s flagship winery. This eight-part series runs from April to October, where participants will dive into the steps of winemaking, from pruning and harvesting to fermentation and bottling.
