Film & Discussion Series: "Food, Inc. 2" Screening and Discussion

This "back for seconds" sequel updates the unchecked power of multinational corporate producers that have pursued efficiencies and consolidation -- with the goal of increasing profits, which are wreaking havoc on our health, workforce and environment. The documentary will introduce you to farmers, workers' rights advocates, food producers and political leaders who are focused on solutions, allowing each of us to be more informed shoppers, consumers and voters. We'll talk about what we can do to strengthen our food system following the screening. In person and virtual attendance -- both free.
