Fermentation Festival

The annual Hudson Valley Fermentation Festival returns with a lively market of locally fermented food and beverages, workshops & seminars on Saturday, June 15th at Twin Star Orchards. 🫙🥒🧀🍫🍷 Come explore a lively Tastings and Market tent, filled with local producers of fermented food and beverages. From sour pickles and gooey nattō to indulgent cheeses, chocolate and wine, discover and celebrate the diversity and gut-goodness of fermented creations! There will be live music all day as well as wood-fired pizza, burgers and barbecue. The Market has two sessions; 1-3pm (12pm for VIP access) & 4-6pm.
