This 21-piece string ensemble (count 'em) will offer a classical program and feature pianist Sandro Russo in the fine acoustic ambiance of the Howland main hall. David Rudge conducts. Program includes Arthur Foote's "Air," Jessie Montgomery's "Strum," Franz Liszt's "Malédiction for Piano and Strings" and Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky's "Serenade for Strings, Op. 48."
