This event marks the return of the Hudson Area Library's exhibit, "Hudson: A History of Whaling & Maritime Commerce", and features local actors reading letters from crew, captains, wives, and heroes of Hudson's whaling history, with sea shanties led by musical director Alex Harvey, an expert on whaling songs who performs songs of the sea in a project he calls ShinBone Alley.
