ENTRETONO is an improvised movement workshop guided by Coco Villa and sonically accompanied by Arone Dyer. ENTRETONO draws from the subtleties of change, the nuances between shades of color, the space between the top of a breath, and the falling of it. It was created to give the mind, body, and spirit a mega boost through a variety of hyper warm ups, playful prompts, and nonsensical meditations. Continuous movement is encouraged while we fluctuate between paces, slow and fast. The sounds will be an aide to place oneself and keep track of time, as music often does.
