Elysium Furnace Works is proud to announce the second concert of our 2026 season with another dynamic duo when we present the highly-regarded project Strings & Things, featuring the harmolodic bass legend Jamaaladeen Tacuma (Ornette Coleman, James "Blood" Ulmer, Marc Ribot), leading a duo with yet another MacArthur "genius" grantee for EFW this season, acclaimed guitarist/composer Mary Halvorson. This and the remainder of EFW's currently scheduled concerts will all take place at the exquisite, 19th c. VBI Theatre of Cunneen-Hackett Arts Center, located at 12 Vassar Street in Poughkeepsie, NY.
