Holotropic breathwork wksp in Woodstock, NY with Grof® and Dreamshadow® certified breathwork facilitators Wendy Leffel and Teresa Smith. In this workshop we'll dive deep into expanded states of consciousness through the holotropic breathwork process developed by Stan Grof and Christina Grof (long-form breath assisted inner journeying in 3 hour sessions).
