Spend the day at Farm & Field, a 200-acre farm in Chatham, NY for a hands-on workshop making pigments, paints and charcoal using earth and vines from the farm – Saturday, November 7, 10am - 4pm. We’ll walk the fields to forage for materials, collect eggs from the coop, and make charcoal in the fire. Learn to process earth into pigments, then mull them into oil, watercolor and tempera paints to take home. Workshop includes a farm-to-table lunch and paint to bring home.
