The Lace Mill presents DUST, works by modern-realist painter and photographer Archil Pichkhadze. In DUST, Pichkhadze seeks to achieve a balance of visual and emotional complexities through observational realism and fleeting memories. He works prolifically from his studio in New Paltz, NY striving to tell the truth through his eyes, creating enigmatic scenes resembling dreamlike qualities. Pichkhadze is an award winning artist who has exhibited in juried and competitive shows nationally throughout the years. He earned an MFA from Brooklyn College under the mentorship of renown American painter and influential teacher, Lennart Anderson. Gallery hours are weekends 1 to 4pm.
