Rich Quodomine was a delegate at last year’s UN Climate Change Conference in Scotland. He will talk about what the conference is, what it is not, and how we can achieve real climate action politically and at home. These conferences may result in treaties and other agreements and the U.S. is often at these meetings and should the Federal Government enter into an agreement it carries the force of law.
