CREATE offsite – Maeve McCool 'River Findings'

'River Findings' at CREATE OFFSITE Hudson Amtrak Gallery, displays drawings of objects found on old town dump sites on the banks of the Hudson River. Through meticulously searching for, collecting and depicting the ordinary and discarded, McCool sheds light on the impact of waste in the environment. Maeve McCool is a visual artist based in Catskill, NY. She received her BFA and BA in Art History from the Corcoran College of Art and Design at the George Washington University and exhibited in numerous solo and group shows in the Hudson Valley and through out the US.
