Van Halen tribute band Completely Unchained doesn’t just play Van Halen songs -- it embodies the sound, style and swagger of the legendary Southern California party band. General seating is free with Orange County Fair admission. VIP tickets are $20 online and include a premium concert viewing area and VIP access line at the bar. The fair runs Thursdays - Sundays, July 15 - Aug. 1 and features midway rides, a circus, petting zoo, DockDogs Show, Banana Derby, Monster Truck Shows, favorite fair food and Friday night fireworks.
