Alissa and Will Malnati will host a book signing of their new book, "Cold Spring, NY", at Fishkill Farms, a location that is featured prominently in the book. Coffee and hot apple cider donuts will be served! "Cold Spring, NY" is an absorbing and intimate collection of more than 50 black-and-white photographs offering an enchanting glimpse into the spirit of Cold Spring, a picturesque village nestled in the heart of New York’s Hudson Highlands, just 60 miles from New York City, which has served as an almost medicinal-like refuge for the authors/photographers Alissa and Will Malnati.
