Shandaken Inn and Via Carota Craft Cocktails are teaming up to launch Cocktails in the Catskills: Via Carota Craft Cocktails x Shandaken Inn Dinner Soirée, a special ticketed dinner party series on Sunday, February 25. The first event will take place at Shandaken Inn’s onsite restaurant, The Clubhouse, where Via Carota Craft Cocktails will make their Catskills debut. The evening will feature a cocktail hour with passed appetizers followed by a five-course tasting menu from Shandaken Inn’s Executive Chef Bryon Lopez with Via Carota Craft Cocktail pairings.
