A special performance by Kaleidoscope Chamber Collective making its Hudson, NY debut in partnership with Clarion Concerts at Hudson Hall, at the historic Hudson Opera House.
Kaleidoscope Chamber Collective is known for imaginative programs highlighting celebrated chamber works and music by composers heard less often. Curated especially for this Clarion Concerts event, the program features two of Robert Schumann’s most beloved works: lyrical Adagio and Allegro for Horn and Piano and Piano Quintet in E-flat major, Ethel Smyth’s Trio for Violin, Horn and Piano and Eleanor Alberga’s dream-inspired Shining, bringing distinct voices spanning the Romantic tradition to present day.
