Chilean Asado Feast with Francisco + Francisco @ OCCS

We are thrilled to announce that guest chefs Francisco Castillo and Francisco Pedemonte will be joining us on Friday and Saturday, July 12th & 13th for a Chilean Asado feast! The chefs met at Borogo, one of the World’s 50 Best Restaurants, in their native Santiago, Chile and have worked at a number of lauded and decorated restaurants around the globe. Francisco + Francisco will be serving lamb straight off the spit as well as a number of other delicious veggie and meat dishes. Our full beverage program will be available along with some extra special cocktails.
