With an a la carte menu, Chef Jay Rodriguez of Hera will be joining us at Glen Falls House! Hera was born out of the desire to reimagine restaurant sustainability. Since its founding in 2021, Hera’s team has conducted a number of pop-ups, restaurant takeovers, and private dinners in New York and beyond, including two extended residencies in France.
