We'll taste our way through the mountain dairies of Europe and beyond, from nutty and sweet to savory and funky, and talk about what the Alps do to milk, from summer pastures to long, patient aging. It's the next step after Cheese 101 but it's not a prerequisite! This class a perfect fit for the holiday season, since Alpine cheeses are made for melting, boards and cozy nights in.
