Need an excuse to spend the month of October ambling through cemeteries? Join Historic Red Hook for a month-long cemetery crawl through the many hauntingly beautiful graveyards that cover the villages and countryside. Participants can compete for prizes by taking part in our scavenger hunt across five historically significant Red Hook graveyards. While hunting, hear the stories of the graveyards’ residents in our self-guided walking tours.
Historic Red Hook will kick-off the month in-person on October 9th at 3pm at the Elmendorph Green with the dedication of a new historic marker followed by a bluegrass concert at 4 pm.
