Jasmine Rice LaBeija is a Juilliard-trained tenor and renowned drag artist, possessed of a devastating wit, razor-sharp timing, and a commanding voice, all of which she will bring to Caramoor’s Music Room for a night of sensational music-making and entertainment. The International Godmother of the Royal House of LaBeija — recently shouted out by Beyoncé in the “Break My Soul (Queens Remix)” — has sold Works & Process presentations out the Guggenheim Museum and Lincoln Center, and countless queer clubs around the world.
