Established in 1991, Carrie Haddad Gallery represents mid-career and emerging artists of the Hudson Valley and beyond working in all types of painting, both large and small sculpture, works on paper and a variety of techniques in photography.
March art exhibitions in the Hudson Valley spotlight diverse themes: Maria Lai’s textile-based works at Magazzino, late-life creativity at HVMoCA, surreal landscapes in Woodstock, and migration photography at The Capa Space.
“A Quiet Respite,” on view at the Carrie Haddad Gallery in Hudson from November 13-January 5, offers a sampling of new work from seven artists who have dedicated themselves to the task of depicting the solace of nature.
