The evening will begin with a cocktail hour where guests can mingle and enjoy some welcome drinks and light bites in Blooming Hill Farm's barn to set the stage for a memorable sit down four-course plated dinner in the farm’s restaurant. The dinner is created by Blooming Hill's Culinary Team, led by Executive Chef Christopher Grare, and each course will be complemented by Macari Vineyards' exceptional wine.
