The Black Legacy Project is a musical celebration of Black history created by nonprofit, Music in Common, to advance racial harmony, bridge-building, and partnership. Integrating music, film, storytelling, & spoken word, taking audiences on a journey through history with songs that have been reimagined & original works that speak to the current state of Black-White race relations in the U.S., highlighting the power of music as a force for human connection & social change.
