There are over 400 native bees here in NY that pollinate our flowers and vegetables. Learn how the we can create habitats for them in our gardens, planters, lawns and woods. We will provide pollinator plant and tree lists, with places to get them and other resources for native landscaping.
We will kick off the talk by showing a short 6 min film Peter Nelson made called Dance of the Honey Bee narrated by Bill McKibben.
