Witness Beata Beach Porter’s (1911-2006) stylistic mid-century paintings, many of which were done on location in Putnam when Beata lived in Putnam Valley with her artist husband Vernon Carroll Porter, founder of the Washington Square Outdoor Exhibit, in 1932.
This exhibit, supported through the Anne Anastasia Family Foundation, is a cooperative event between TCCC, Putnam County Historian, Putnam Valley Historical Society, and Putnam Arts Council. Free, and TCCC signature refreshments will be served.
