Join us for Screening at the Library with a special showing of restored Eric Carle animations based on his book Grimm’s Fairy Tales on April 18th at 3:00pm! Enjoy popcorn and time with friends as we experience Eric Carle art in a whole new way. The film-to-digital transfer was made possible by a gift of the films from producer CB Wismar and through a grant from Northwest CT Community Foundation. One of the films, The Fisherman and His Wife, was an Academy Award finalist for best animated short in 1979.
