Cultural Affairs and the Sustainability program are collaborating with public and private sectors in the City of Newburgh in presenting a panel whose speakers will bring attention to the importance of water and its impact and value on art and culture in communities with specific reference to the Hudson River. Short performances will be presented between speakers.
