“An Artist’s Talk” By award-winning artist and author Michael Garland

Award-winning artist and author Michael Garland will discuss his wide-ranging 50-year journey as an author, publisher, illustrator, and fine artist. Michael, whose work has been featured in American Artist Magazine, Print Magazine, Communication Arts and Conservation Magazine, has an impressive list of galley shows and awards for his fine art. Recently, his painting “Lattice Face” was an award winner at the Mark Twain Library Art Show. This work and others can be seen in Michael’s solo exhibit, "Faces of Fantasy," in the Maaike Hoekstra Gallery at TCCC through July 14.
