Alexander Technique Master Class for Performing Artists

(All movers welcome as well!) with MaryBeth Hraniotis CTAT This master class in Red Hook will give performing artists and movers of all levels an opportunity to hone their craft from a different focal awareness. We will identify internal signaling that occur within the body-mind continuum and then direct these powerful experiential cues and observe the improvement in the Use of the Self. Group settings, while learning this technique, offer unique insight through witnessing the subtle yet profound shifts in others.
