Taking place after Alchemy closes, Steam & Sauna Sundays are a private opportunity to transmute together. It is a guided journey through the elements, wherein we will each meet the limiting beliefs and emotional patterns that rule our perception. We are WATER. We will sweat and let go, creating space for the new. We begin with the steam room (AIR), evaporating any repetitive thought patterns. We move to the sauna (FIRE) where we burn off underlying emotional residue. And we end in meditation (EARTH), where we ground and embody the new freedom created.
