A TRADITION CONTINUES ‒ LESSONS & CAROLS IN KINDERHOOK ON SUNDAY DECEMBER 22nd

The 12th celebration of Lessons & Carols in Kinderhook will be at 4:00 p.m. Sunday, December 22nd at the Kinderhook Reformed Church, 21 Broad Street (US Route 9). Since its founding in 2010, this well-established tradition has proven popular throughout the region, drawing thousands from Columbia, Dutchess and Greene Counties, the Capital District, and the Berkshires. Included are readings, congregational singing, and choral and organ music of the Christmas season. With capacity limited to 400, arrival by 3:45 is recommended, when extended organ preludes will be offered. Last year’s post-pandemic return was especially well received.
