Chefs, artisans & food purveyors bring signature dishes to the gallery throughout the day from bistros, trattorias, food trucks, catering establishments, delis, shops & pubs in and around Piermont, Sparkill, Tappan, Orangeburg, North Bergen & NYC donated as examples of simple, wholesome farm to table quality food choices to help raise awareness of Type 1 Diabetes and to the benefit the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
