Before the seniors earn their bachelor's degrees, the class is responsible for planning and executing a charity event. As the capstone project for their Foodservice Management course, students will transform the main dining hall on campus into a quirky, carnival setting. The event not only allows students to apply their knowledge of hospitality in a practical setting, but also strives to help those less fortunate. This class has chosen to donate proceeds to The Fisher House Foundation and the Clarissa Porlier Memorial Scholarship at the college.
