A 50th FOR CONCERTS IN THE VILLAGE: “IT’S GRAND WITH STRINGS!” – DEBUSSY, FAURÉ AND BRIDGE

At 3:00pm on Sunday, April 16th in Van Buren Hall, Kinderhook, Concerts in the Village offers its 50th concert. “It’s Grand with Strings!” features works for piano and strings by Claude Debussy, Gabriel Fauré and Frank Bridge. This program brings together members of the Broad Street Chamber Players as CITV continues to celebrate the recent generous gift of a Steinway grand piano. Performing will be pianist Noah Palmer (CITV’s Assistant Conductor), Elizabeth Silver (Concertmaster of the Broad Street Orchestra), Jessica Belflower (the orchestra’s Principal 2nd Violin), Christine Orio (Principal Viola), and Erica Pickhardt (Principal Cello).
