Farmers Frances Gonzalez (Puerto Rican\, 25 years vegan) and Eric Linn open the farm at 5 PM for a guided walk through the fields\, where everything is grown without animal inputs. Dinner is at 6 PM: a curated menu of Puerto Rican classics\, reimagined 100% plant-based with ingredients from the farm and paired drinks.
