Asbury Shorts USA, New York City’s longest running short film exhibition and touring showcase, will present their nationally recognized “42nd Short Film Concert” at The Phoenicia Playhouse in Phoenicia, N.Y. for one night only on Thursday, September 21st, with the first film blasting on to the screen at 7:30pm.
